PISO IN & OUT IN VALENCIA
In this project, two kinds of floorings have been used for a single apartment:
For the interior space, this project shows that having wooden flooring throughout the house, from the living room to the kitchen, can be a great idea. For this bright and elegant apartment in Valencia city, a chevron wooden floor was chosen (Chevron 14/3x120x600mm). It was protected with UV oil to give it greater scuff resistance in daily use, which allows it to be used even in the kitchen.
For the exterior, the choice was Exterpark Tech Cube Plata. This synthetic decking is coated with an anti-stain, anti-scratch layer that besides protecting it against external damage is low-maintenance, easy to install and long-lasting.
