Quality Policy

Yvyra Wood Works S.A.U. is a company committed to the quality of its products, customer satisfaction and the continual improvement of its processes, placing the customer at the center of its activity. The scope of the Quality Management System, limited to the manufacturing plant located in Galicia, comprises the sewing, planning and industrial transformation of wood, bamboo, WPC and PVC for the manufacture of indoor flooring, outdoor decking and accessories, including their commercialization in national and international markets.

The organization focuses its management on operational excellence, innovation, the efficient use of resources and a process-based approach, promoting a responsible work culture, respect for the environment and the sustainability of its activities. To this end, Yvyra Wood Works has implemented a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, which provides the framework for ensuring the effectiveness of processes and continual improvement, as well as for establishing and reviewing the system objectives.

The principles underpinning this policy are:

  1. To comply with applicable legislation and with other requirements subscribed to with customers and interested parties.

  2. To ensure product quality through the continual improvement of production and management processes.

  3. To ensure customer satisfaction by meeting their requirements and expectations.

  4. To maintain effective communication channels with customers to identify their current and future needs.

  5. To continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System through the monitoring of established indicators, results and objectives.

  6. To identify and periodically assess the risks and opportunities associated with the organization’s activity and its interested parties.

  7. To promote the training, competence and awareness of personnel to improve the performance of processes and the management system.

  8. To keep relevant interested parties informed about matters relating to quality and the company’s activity.

  9. To provide the necessary resources to ensure the effectiveness of the management system and the achievement of the established objectives.

Top Management assumes leadership of the Quality Management System and is committed to ensuring its maintenance, suitability and continual improvement. This policy is communicated to all personnel, disseminated through the established channels and made available to interested parties. It is also periodically reviewed within the framework of the Management Review to ensure its suitability to the organization’s context and strategy.
